Chico's Tacos is the only place I want to go, sit there and eat and look out the window, ever again.

I would go back to Furr's cafeteria where you slide your tray, but they don't exist any more. They have that dumpster fire buffet instead, but I can't handle it.

I wish.

Michigan governor extended the "stay at home order" until mid June.

I miss having a few beers and food with friends for happy hour at a bar or restaurant.

Went to a mom and pop in Buckeye today.
Food was as good as it always has been.
All the staff wearing masks, but not a single customer, including me.

One gal was constantly cleaning just about every surface in the dining area.

All the customers were genuinely happy to be there, and the staff seemed pretty happy to be working again.

Good times all around.

The social distancing was nice as it kept the typical idiots away from us. The place had very few people eating in, theyíre probably still thinking itís unsafe, which means no waits and outstanding service.

Sat at a bar yesterday and had a 32oz Dos Equis and a giant shredded beef burrito, first time in a restaurant in a loooong time, felt great!

Your Mrs doesn't have one?

You must be like really old.

I wish I didn't have to carry around a personal communication device, but I do.

I ain't out of the loop yet, probably never will be.

Not really old, only 41. Wife carries one, I mock her for doing so, and I think she would’ve looked at me funny if I wanted take pics of our meals. It’s stupid shit like that that I can’t stand with people and their phones, lets record, take pics, post, every little thing we do! Um....no.

Our favorite mom and pops Mexican restaurant just reopened for dine in and we were invited to come in by the son of the owners (while placing our take out order), so we went there. While sitting in there with about 12 other diners spaced out, some effeminate male in ridiculously short shorts came in and asked if any of the diners would film him do a handstand and flip in the middle of the restaurant as he was an “influencer” and his followers requested he do that. We all looked at him with disdain and disgust and I very politely advised him that this was not the time or place for his antics. He left looking dejected. Oh well. The owners son came out and I asked him who his friend was, he had no idea what we were talking about and another diner explained what took place and we all laughed about it.

Those days are gone.

Many places are never coming back, and many others will die off by next tax season.

Sad, but true.

They depend on those capacity filled weekends to make a profit.

Our restaurants and bars have started opening gradually since the 15th, but with the massive invasion of Californians out here everything is packed to the brim. So it's going to be take out for a while. Brightside is most places are still doing delivery or pick up, and the food deliver sites are still exceptionally busy.
