Light686 it was great to meet you! Hope to see/shoot with you again!

sdw2008 thank you for all your dedication and hard work to this fantastic event!

Okie, I love you brother!

MattyZ28, excellent job! You got me home with the only holes being, the ones God gave!

Great time seeing all the familiar faces, and all the new shooters! Hope you all make it back for the winter shoot. It went by way too fast. Cheers!

I used our big magnet on wheels and so far I've picked up four 5-gallon buckets of steel cases. I still have to go over the upper range. That's not counting the approximately 1,200 brass cases of .223 I picked up.

I do want to remind everyone that the club doesn't allow any ammo that is armor piercing, or has some kind of steel penetrator, to be used on our steel targets.

I am sorry Robert, we should have gotten out and hit the ranges with a magnet, if we need to we can check ammo before competition if need be maybe add that to the RO brief every morning.

Sounds like you are going to be doing some serious reloading here soon.

Picking up the steel cases is no big deal, it gives me something to do. I was just making an observation on how much shooting was done.

I got all the broken chains and 4x4s replaced. Matt, you picked a great weekend to have the match. It didn't rain, and it wasn't hot and humid. It hit 92 at the range today and it didn't take much to start sweating. Stuntbutt, I figured out where that steel plate came from. It was one of the ones the 600-yard F-Class guys used to use as a spotter plate.

Wow we lucked out tremendously on weather, 92 out there will put a hurt on you if not prepared, even low 80’s it was getting crispy, it was a beautiful weekend indeed, always love coming up there.

Absolutely, Iíve got thousands of rounds of 7n6. But I always buy monarch or silver bear for this event and to use at the club.

That shirt really should've carried a 20 sec bonus per stage. Plus an additional second if you would've shouted MEOW while firing at targets over 25 yards away.

Getting there but it is still gonna be a week or so until I walk remotely normal, on the plus side I got knee pads, elbow pads, and gloves for next time.

I learned my lesson and rather it be here than somewhere more important.

I really appreciate you picking me up after and Steve dropping me off so quickly, Pete and Josh were first class and handle the situation quickly and with skill, it is reassuring that we can handle pretty much anything that could happen there if it does. We are a lucky group.

I got those 1,200 cases loaded up, which means I've added another ammo can to my ammo fort.
