Due to the several different makes of PSL receivers some fitting may be required. Can you PM or email me some picture of whats not fitting? I didn't make any of the past adapters but maybe I can help?

That isn't out of the relm of possibilitys, but I'd have to model it off the Vepr 6.5 Grendel because that's the only one I have right now. If I can get the cash to buy a longer receiver vepr then I'll see what I can do.

That would be great. I could help you with some measurements if you need to.

I've never rapid fire my PSL so I wouldn't know. For normal (long distance) shooting. I've never experience the HG's getting hot.

Do you have good calipers that measure in metric? The main issue I think is going to be the location and length of the gas tube, how do we make all that look correct?

Gotcha .. and what exactly did you have to modify on the hand guards to make fit? I bought a set that used to be in one and it was all hacked your look perfect

Here's a some photo's that I took for the modifications on both barrel and HG's to make if fit the PSL.

For the barrel, you'll need to make a new HG retainer slot. Easy to do.

Here are the modifications needed to make the SVD HG fit.

Left side of the SVD HG.

Right side of the SVD HG.

DONE!

The gas tube length is still the biggest issue I'm concerned about. I don't know that it'll all cover.

Yes, ready to run but I have funding bound up. Once I have a portion of the last run of parts sold I will put these into production. I'll likely see the last run I put in end of this/early next week, then I can get them into coating and blasting.

Plan on a couple of months before production starts, 30-45 days after that.

So Sept-Oct at best estimate.

I'll keep checking back.

I’ll buy an adapter for a Vepr if you decide to make them.

Its possible, but the main issue is that the gas system is so short so I'm not sure if it will look right. We'll see though, Maybe I can make something work and look right.

So, good news, I just found out 15 minutes ago that I made a major overpayment last year on something. Should be seeing the money late next month, going to use it to fund a run of these!

Still a ways out, but with funding secured maybe by the end of summer depending on the shops timeline.

Due to this I would be willing to maybe do some as partial trade for some AK kits, only 3 or 4 max, I'd have to make up the difference in cash on my end I'm sure.
