Default AMD rear sling swivel?? >>>

Anybody have a picture of a CORRECTLY mounted rear sling swivel on an AMD 65 rifle? TIA!!

About 3 months ago www.weaponeer.net had a discussion about them. Some guy decided to make them to sell to those interested.

The discussion & sale included pictures of an original correct swivel, and it being correctly mounted. Search the site, but if you strike out basically it looked like a Romy rear swivel with the ends hammered together, then installed through a vertical slot cut in the left-rear of the receiver. I don't believe that it showed how it was fastened inside. I'd assume that the the ends were spread, then each bent flat flush to the inside. More rivets would be overkill/ugly, so myself I'd tack weld them like the rails.

That's OK........I got it all hashed out, thanks buddy! As a matter of fact, from the time I posted this post until now I ran out to the shop, milled a 9/64" slot and installed a leftover Yugo swivel, cleaned and finished it.
