Yes, it is power that will be abused.
Judge Napolitano spoke about this today and said it is blatantly unconstitutional and might cause problems for the entire Bill. Nothing knew there. Congress regularly enacts laws that are unconstitutional. There are items in the TARP and Healthcare that say that they cannot be scrutinized, nor overturned, by Congress. Unconstitutional. The AWBan was unconstitutional. NFA. '68 GCA Patriot Act Geihtner came out in his Fox interview and said they should do such things to 'force' Congress to act how they wanted. I fell as if I am ina futuristic version of "Gladiator" trying to save the Republic from Imperial power. Anyhow, this is something anyone with a lick of sense could have seen coming for 40 years. The left has always been about seizing absolute power. Not much more to say about that.

This ''super congress" will bypass Congress, eliminate the filibuster, eliminate amendments and effectively eliminate the will of the people.
IMO this was carefully crafted being a veiled power grab....and once again we fell for it as the one party system put on a good show for us. 12 people will be chosen to meet behind closed doors, having secret meetings that will cover every aspect of our lives. I do not believe their power will not be restricted to debt control. They are not going to waste a well crafted crisis on just dealing with debt. 1933 all over.....
