Default WTB: 2 front sight pins and retaining pin/spring for muzzle brake

My muzzle brake retaining pin on my ak is stuck inside the front sight block and I can't punch out the 2 pins. I am going to try drilling them out so I will need to replace them. My guess is that i wont be able to reuse the retaining pin and spring either so I'll need that aswell.

Are there any builders out there that have these parts for me? Do you think im better off just replacing the entire front sight block?

I have a whole pile of the retaining pins. The reason I have a pile is that itís not feasible to try and reuse them. (Every country uses a different size drill rod. when doing a new install or replacement they are always too small or too big)
What I do is just cut what I need off a drill rod. You can even use the shaft of the correct size drill bit. and I strongly advise against trying to drill them out. The pins are quite a bit harder than the soft steel of the sight block. My bet is that if you try you will definitely wipe out the sight block and very possibly damage or destroy the barrel.
Try some Kroil and a good starter punch on them. If you just flat canít get them out, I would recommend you cut the block off and replace it.
