A while back I sold some Russian hammer forged muzzle brakes on here and a few other forums. Right now I have 21 muzzle brakes left. They are "zig zag" muzzle brakes and I think they are the last of the muzzle brakes that I have. They are used and chrome lined. 24mm threads. I haven't taken the time to clean them up since unpacking them. Selling as is.

Would these work on an SGL-21?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I didn't see your question. These brakes are designed for 5.45x39. To use it on the SGL-21, you would have to slightly drill it out to allow enough clearance on the 7.62x39 round.
