When a Saiga's Carrier is resurfaced & polished to the level of IceRack the steel is sealed to the point that it can not oxidize from moisture so the need for maintenance is greatly diminished.
Cleaning consists of a touch of oil on a cleaning cloth & simply wiping it off.
There's no surface imperfections for the mess to stick to.
