Default Centerfire Systems review

I'm pretty sure I've posted one of these before, but when a company has good - no, great - service, I think they deserve a little extra attention. I've never had anything crazy happen that had to be corrected, but it's all of these little things that add up to make an experience go well.

Every time that I've had an "issue" come up with CFS, their customer service has taken care of it promptly and courteously. Magnus does an especially good job there. I had a $100 bill pop up on my statement from them awhile ago when I made an order (combining shipping on different items), and they had it taken care of within hours of my email, and sent me a response explaining the mix-up. They were taking care of it before I had even noticed.

Then today, I received another order from them. Just ordering a bunch of parts, and I noticed that I was missing 4 of the AK slings that I bought. I sent them an email at 1:24 PM, and Magnus responded to me by 1:33 PM saying that he'll have the parts shipped to me ASAP.

I've never had a bait and switch, a raw deal, or any poor quality stock from them... unlike some other companies I've dealt with *cough*sportsman's guide*cough*. The stuff they put out is quality surplus, and their descriptions are honest.

They constantly have great deals on packaged parts, super cheap shipping, and their customer service is the best in the business. These guys are my #1 go-to company for any supplies I need.

+1 on CFS. Anyone can make mistakes and they have tried hard to make things right. They are one of my preferred vendors along with Apex and Copes for AK-related stuff.

A+ for CFS and Copes. I had a fall out with IMA the other day. I got my credit card bill and they had charged me for an item they did not ship. They explained this was SOP. I told them I did not have that problem with CFS and Copes which he came back and said Amazon on pretty much all the box houses do that. I can say good buy to IMA. Keep up the good work CFS.

Good point - I've not ordered as much from AIM and J&G but have had very good luck with both.

One observation on AIM...they'll advertise some great specials but they sell thru them quickly. If you see something good there, you need to order quickly or lose out. It's not a BestBuy type of bait and switch, but a LOT of people order a LOT of stuff from them.

CFS is really good in my book, have ordered many times, great service and good products. AIM is really good also, just wish their inventory was a little more diverse. They sell a smaller number of products but they are always at great prices.

I'm 9 out of 10 on CFS. their DSHK kit fiasco kinda twisted my panties. Besides that one time they've been great.

overall I'll give CFS a A grade.

Cope's has my business any day.

Centerfire is terrible, I ordered worthless Romanian oil cans , and they have the nerve to mix in these late 60' Izzy oilers. And the time I ordered some junk Romanian stock sets. Those pricks mixed in a one of a kind straight donkey dong. God bless centerfire! Keep the junk coming !

Centerfire is certainly one of my staples as well. Never had ANY issues with them and I've bought from them for years now.

the only biatch I have with J&G was back when they had chinese drums for $25 I wanted 8 of them.

They never came through, and I never bought from them again.

Guess how long ago that was.

Centerfire is good as gold.

+1 I order from Centerfire without reserve as well as Copes, AIM, J&GSales. I have also found that JSE surplus is an excellent source of (AR15 but im sure they carry AK)parts and they have quality customer service as well.

I have had two ocasions where things where not quite right with orders from Centerfire. As all of you have mentioned, Centerfiresystems does EVERYTHING they can to quickly rectify any issues. I will continue to be a loyal costumer!
