Default Ohio Rapid Fire inventory - WE HAVE IT!!

Hey Everyone...

Just wanted to let everyone know we have taken over what was left of Ohio Rapid Fires inventory.

The issues they had with the receivers in the past have been fixed. We are inspecting every receiver that goes out the door. As far as the M76 receivers, we are no longer selling them as we are building these rifles daily.

We are currently selling the following receivers...

Galil 223
Galil 308
VZ58

Here with in the next month, we will be selling...

M70 receivers
FAL receivers
M64 receivers

These receivers are in the process of getting stamped and heat treated....

We also have several M76 kits for sale....matched and unmatched....comes with 2 mags, scope and bayonet....barrel and receiver not included..(receiver not for sale)...email me for pricing.....assaultweapons@yahoo.com

Also, for all of you out there that purchased the most recent M76 receivers from Ohio Rapid Fire before they closed, you do not need a bullet guide. We are building these daily plus made ours into full auto's and built a 25 round mag for all 3 of our full autos and no issues whatsoever!! If any of you are having issues building the M76's, please email me with your questions at above email and we will help you out....

Our website is www.assaultweaponsofohiollc.com and we are in the process of adding new inventory to the site but you can still order from there or you can order by emailing me at email above.

If you would like me to email you a PDF file of our misc inventory, please email me and i will send ASAP...

Thanks so much
Chris

Your building M76s daily? Damn.

Do you anticipate the price lowering in the future if you end up with surplus production?

No we did not take over the building or the equipment..just what was left of the inventory. Lets just say we ended up with over 1700 M76 kits and only 300 receivers so thats why we are hanging on to the receiver. BTW, I'm a female..lol...I handle the computer end of things. As far as the website crashing your browser, I'm sorry to hear that. Not sure why it did that unless you need to update your quicktime to handle the video on the front page. I had problems with mine at first. If anyone is interested in buying in bulk, email me at www.assaultweapons@yahoo.com and let me know what you are looking for and how many and I will see what I can do for ya!! We will probably be lowering the price soon on the built M76's and yes we are building them daily. That is one sharp rifle I must say!! We are also starting to build the Galil's ........Oh and for the guy who asked who the guy was..lol..we are a new manufacturing company located in the Dayton Ohio area. I will try to get on the forums as much as i can but I'm also helping them build so if you guys want a quick reply, just email me as it comes to my phone then i can respond pretty much right away!!

...like i said, it "seems" like it was your site that caused it. thanks for the update, and yes 1700-300 is a good ratio to hold onto the receivers lol

(Never mind; went back and reread your first post, and saw you are indeed fixing the heat treatment issues. These should be a good product at that point. And welcome to the forum!)

Well Chris, first of all, Welcome to the Files!
That said, I am still in the market for a FAL metric & a .223 Galil receiver for two kits I have been sitting on for a long while! 1700 M76 kits, wow; I may have to try one of those when you put them up for sale in the future! Again, Welcome!

Thank you!! The site right now is under construction and will be for the next few days as we are adding inventory and changing the site around a little bit. You can email your order instead of going through the site as well. We do the have the 223 receivers that we can ship today but the FAL receivers will be ready in about 30 days.

Oh and we do have the 1919 tripods....for the question above...

Why bother to make the M76 in 8mm anymore? There isn't any surplus left. build it in .308
I hope you guys don't reproduce the same crappy receivers Todd made.

I've got just under a case of Romy 8mm (one unopened tin and the second one opened and part of it belted on MG-42 belts, then un-belted and loose, less about 20 or so rounds) and a second partial case of some South American "click-bang" 8mm crap ammo that would be good for components that I would gladly trade you on some .308 surplus that is NOT from Israel or Pakistan- IF you are in need of 8mm surplus. I don't have more 8mm guns, so it is sitting there collecting dust while I could use more decent .308 like DAG, South African, Radway Green, etc.

First post here.
Bought a Vz58 reciever from AWO a few weeks ago reciever numbered in the 800s. Assembled last night no issues at all. This was my first Vz build and all went vary well. Thanks to all that have posted assembly info it was of great help. Also AWO was very fast with shipping and answering the many questions
I had like series or reciever from ORF (last production run) and dimension of trunion hole for barrel. She probably thought I was a pain but still answered all questions.
