The Republicans were spineless again. This is why we are disgusted with them although we can't stand the DemonRATs.
I was hoping to see a filibuster against her the way that vermin Carl Levin filibustered many of Bush's judicial nominees delaying their confirmation so Obama could fill them with pro Islamic activist judges.

If the Republicans had any spine they can still block any SCOTUS nomination. At least one member for the minority party on the judicial committee has to vote in favor for the nomination to proceed. So if the Repubs somehow sneak their nuts back out of Obama's wife's purse they could block this thing. What are the odds it will happen though ...........

It does not matter - they dont have the votes to even fillibuster her - I presume they are trying act nice nice, or at least concerned but willing to take her at her word.
