http://www.jpfo.org/alert20050124.htm I got this link from one of my Bren forums.Len has a reputable business,an impeccable reputation,and is also a hell of a good guy who is always willing to give a hand or advise when possible.It just makes me wonder how any of us would fare if confronted with his situation.

Par for the course. It is frustrating to see a government for the people by the people illegaly making laws. Our whole justice system is screwed up. We have judges making laws every day and it is illegal just as when the BATF makes a law it is illegal. We grow more and more marxist every day.

I did, and it is for real. They seem to be backing down now. They returned Lens rifle and told him what changes to make and to re-submit it. Funny how they get their shit together when people start to pay attention to what they do to common folks.

Thats great that they are backing down. It is even amazing that they are giving him the rifle back!!Unfortunatly you know it was not because of realizing that they were wrong and abusive to the people that pay their salary. Is their a petition for this flaoting around anywhere? I have a friend that had a gun stolen and it took him over two years to get it back and they caught the guy and found the gun only a few days after it was stolen. It was at least a year before they got it back but I think it was longer.
