Just finished my cetme and when i shoot it the bolt gets stuck behind the hammer its like the disconnecter is slipping and letting the hammer up faster than the bolt can pass by. need help

Makes me wonder if your carrier is traveling to far to the rear.....
If so you could possibly put a recoil buffer in the rear of the receiver and see if this helps. Otherwise I would check the bottom of the carrier to make sure it is smooth and not damaged in any way. Just a thought, RemMax

Try moving the bolt with the buttstock removed. It might be pinching the rear of of the receiver causing the bolt carrier to bind.

Go to militaryfirearmsforums.com lot's of good info there. You could have a bent recoil spring rod, or if you bent up your own the side rails are not formed with the final forming operation. Also your trigger pack may be sitting up too high and the shelf needs adjustment.

yea, the rod is bent. but when i take the fcg off and pull the trigger then try to push the hammer back down it does not catch the disconnector
could it be the ammo ?? |

yea, they are the full auto hammer, trigger, and disconnector

The hammer won't reset with the selector in full auto with the auto sear removed. The hammer should reset with the selector set to semi auto.

it was the buffer i made a stock and temporary put a screw in it, but when i put the buffer back in it worked fine thanks for the help
|
