The tribunals used for putting suspects on trial at Guantanamo Bay are a "stain on America's military", a former military prosecutor has told the BBC in his first interview since resigning. I don't understand why the outside world even knows about 'Club Gitmo' anyway. When a 'guest's membership' expired, they should have received a complimentary late night, one way cruise to the mid Atlantic. Kind of like another 'don't ask, don't tell' program...
