Default need advice

Gentlepersons,
Quick question.
M44 w/ sling, bayonet, carbine "as issued condition".
$ 130 plus taxes. Too much? Fair? Jump on it?
It sounds good to me but I want to check.
Thanks,

Unless it is something special, its way high. Find a FFL to do a transfer and order one through Aztec Gun They are $50 + $10 shipping. You should be able to do a transfer for $25 or less. I got lucky and found someone to do it for $7 I got a 91/30 from them, I'm very pleased. Some friends ordered some as well, 2 more 91/30s and 1 m44. All very nice.

These are our Aztec Nagants. Mine is pictured top. Mine had a rougher furniture finish but I paid extra to get a hex receiver. Got a 1930. The other two guys ordered did not order hand select or any other option and got beautiful rifles.

Well..... since I don't have any friends with ffl's........ do you guys know any place in ohio or close that I can go pick one up? I live in central ohio and no one that I have found has them. This one is the first I 've found.

Start going through the phone book and giving all th local dealers a call if you want to go through Aztec. Ask what fee they have for a transfer. Most all dealer do this, but the fee varies. If you find someone willing for the right price, they will need to send a signed copy of there FFL to Aztec. This is done all the time and not a problem...just more of a wait. Once Aztec gets it on file, you call pay them directly and just have it shipped to your local guy. All you will owe him is his fee and the proper paperwork.

If you wanted to get one from local stock...well I don't know. Southern Ohio Guns sells Mosin. Aim Surplus does too. Both are located in OH but I would have no idea how close they are too you.

Have you looked into getting a C&R? Again, takes more time but you can have them sent right to your door. Cost $30 for 3 years but takes from 4-12 weeks for the paperwork to go through.
