PSL barrels/ chambers- chrome lined?

Never looked at one up close, and am considering buying one. Was just wondering.

B.C., the romak 3 i have now deffenatly has a chromed chamber and barrel. its marked RATMIL,CUGIR and has a date of 1998 on it. i beleive all romak 3 and psl rifles are this way. PE
