Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez 23 and Enrico Garza 26, probably believed they would easily overpower a home alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two story home.

It seems the two crooks never learned two things, they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine. Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.

Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buck shot from the 11 year olds knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.

It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. The victim, 50 year old David Burien, was not so lucky as he died from stab wounds to the chest.

lol. I have an friend who when he was 12 years old and home alone, he heard
the back door get forced open. He then ran to his room and got behind the bed
with a brake over .410.

When the boog entered his bedroom he shot the door jam and the boog took off like a scalded ape. He said he didn't want to kill the guy, just scare him.
That kind of stuff happens.

Weird twist.

When he got in his late 20's he sold a mossberg pump shotgun to a mexican friend of his. They were going tubing down the rivers south of Austin. When
they got to the cabin he asked where was his pillow.
His mexican friend told him that it was in the sleeping bag, but what he didn't tell him was that the mosberg was rolled up in the sleeping bag with the pillow' with one in the chamber. Instead of pulling the straps off the bag, he grabbed the edge of the pillow and tried pulling the pillow out.
He took a whole dose of #4 buck to the stomach, but because he was turned sideways, it removed all the fat from his stomach. Only one small place was nicked in his stomach lining and a round or two went through his elbow.

I later told him:

I've heard of lypo-suction, but never heard of lypo-blast!

He later pissed off the local dope dealer and DiQ did a drive by on his house
with a .25. He was saved by a stick of deoderant that was sitting on
the bed stand.

My son is 18 months and he already has two AK 22s. He be shooting by the time he's three.

Sure about the deodorant? I'd bet it was a passing wind-blown piece of scrap paper that stopped that .25.

I kinda thought along the same lines. Wouldn't a wrist rocket be more effective than a .25? OWWW!!!
