Are there any AK builders in Omaha, NE / Council Bluffs / Southwest IA willing to help a noob with receiver flat bending? Alternatively (since neither the flat nor complete rec has been purchased) anyone with FFL willing to help transfer a completed recever for small fee (standard pawn shop FFL is 50% of the receiver price
