But previously they were being blown out at around 300$.
The parts from CSS: Pistol grip/trigger conversion: ~70- 80$ Pistol grip: 15-35$ Bullet guide kit 20$ Stock Basic 20ish$ to $$ 3/16 cobalt bit. Approximately 200$ in parts and shipping. Keeping the stock forearm and you do all the labor. So technically you could have a semi- sgl21 for 650$. More like 750 if you switch over the handguards. Or go with the SGM tri or quad tactical rail for 65-85$. Ironwood is going to run you some bucks. Now if the price gets down to 350-400 shipped. Things will get interesting. Later MJ

I was lucky to pick mine up for $299 not so long ago but the cost for basic pistol grip conversion (back end) was around $100 and my labor, not a hard thing to do in the afternoon with minimum tools and the help from this forum and youtube. I wonder what the price will be in the summer if the market doesn't trigger another panic.

to high for me. They need to knock another 75-100, when you can get a already converted Ak for just a bit more.

Would be nice but things usually are never the same i.e. cheaper than before. Which is why we call it "Good ol days". ![]() Still, I'm not complaining now that they're sub $500. I don't even think I've seen WASR's that cheap |

I caved and bought one. It will be at FFL tomorrow. I know they will probably be sub 400 soon, but I have been patiently waiting for over a year to do another conversion.
This is after I went to counseling for not buying an IZ 340 when they were $450. |
