Polish barrel in Yugo UF

Hi

I have a simple question. Can I use a barrel from a polish UF kit to replace a worn out Yugo barrel? Will the Yugo gas block fit onto a polish barrel?

The Yugo barrels are larger diameter than the Polish AKM barrels.The diameter at the trunnion journal is close to the same though.The other parts have different diameter holes in them.
