Default Scope for 7.62x54r Vepr

Which of these scopes would be best for everyday plinking/target shooting? The maximum distance I would be shooting is about 300 yards.

The scope will be going on a 20" 7.62x54r Vepr (02 version). Any advice will be appreciated.

were it me..... my personal choice from those options would be the 4x24 1000 range finder.....

however.....

if I were to buy for myself NOT limited to those 4 options.... I'd go with the 6 x 24 1000 meter range finder.... they come and go from stock, but IMHO, on that rifle, would be worth the wait.....Kalinka is never out of em for long

Default 20 inch vepr optics for left handed shooter

I have a 4x14 nikon buckmaster that is perfect match with this 54r out to 300 yards. I also 2nd the po3.5x21 which I also have on another 20 inch 54r vepr, Amazing wide view and very clear glass with po3.5x21. Holds zero every time I pull off for cleaning.

What is a reasonable price to pay for a PO 3.5X21P model scope?

Also, are the POSP and PO reticules calibrated for certain calibers, or are they "one size fits all"?

Thanks for all the help so far

this is a good deal for you
http://www.akfiles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=152808
get the svd type it will sit lower than ak type
if you are lefty disregard this, POSP ,PSO and most of the Soviet/Russian optics are offset to the left
