Default Zastava PAP M70 Butt Stock Question....

I recently bought my first AK....A Zastava PAP M70. I picked it up last Saturday. Since then I have added the UTG Pro Quad Rail. I want to change the butt stock to a collapsible, but can't seem to find anything online or in the stores around town.

Most all of the stocks I see for sale, screw in from the top under the dust cover. My rifle has one bolt that holds the stock on from the rear. Is there a product out there that will bolt on?

Also, the rifle didn't come with a cleaning rod. Any suggestions on how or where to find them?

I know I'll get flamed for asking questions, but I've searched all the threads and can't seem to find my answer.

Default Cleaning rods

Cleaning rods are easy to come by. Apex, Copes, K-var, Rguns, AK parts, Krebs, and many other sources sell brand new ones for cheap.

I don't know about the collapsible stock as I have never been interested in anything but wood on my AK's. But some of the above mentioned places might have them as well.

Default Thank you

I'll go ahead and give it a shot. I'm just not sure about the stock connection. The back of my receiver is not angled like pictured.

I appreciate the info. I'll update once the parts arrive.

Hello.. i was just having the same problem.. Cant seem to find anywhere that has anything in stock.. Century arms website shows a t6 stock with adapter for it that I can prob have them order for me (if thats in stock?) for 55 bucks, dealer cost.. is this a good option? or is the ace adapter and stock the way to go..?

I love this website by the way..

Wouldn't the regular yugo stocks bolt on? IF so and you want to go with wood, you can go to ironwood design and they have US made stocks.

thanx for the info but i just checked and all i saw were three stocks and none of them said anything about fitting the m70.. i may have missed something or maybe they dont say.. they are for milled and stamped receivers but nothing about a yugo or pap.. unless that is the only disription they give.. i assumed it would have an adapter as well but maybe it is all designed in the stock..
