Ive used them alot over the last 2 years. Ive had some issues but overall happy. The communications and customer service is about a 2 maybe 3 star. They dont rip you off but they dont always ship everything for a long time. Ive had to wait on some items for months only to finally cancel and look up credit card payment dates and forwarding the info to get reimbursed. Great prices but just mediocre service and availability. I will buy from them again.

I used to buy a bunch of TZZ M855 ammo from them back in the 90's. Never had a problem with them.

Ordered form them last monday, got my mags that friday. Will order from again.
I have heard on several boards that they can take sometime to ship, but heck, Ive had to wait months from stuff from midway, brownells, etc too, and they are big time. |

Sounds as though they Dropship, and often times the actual people they order through are out of stock at that current time.... hmmmm

Ordered a couple of items last week, took 4 business days to contact them to get a status after none received. They finally told me one item was 4 weeks out, the other indefinitely.
I canceled the order and ordered from manufacturer after verifying stock. the 15% I would have saved is not worth the headache even if the items were in stock. All they would have to do Is think about what their customers want/need. I would have been fine if I could have known about the stocking issue |

I ordered once and it took them a couple of weeks to ship. I think they track down sources and have some stuff they keep in stock and others they have to wait on the supplier for.
I don't recall what it was I ordered - something oddball probably. Point being is it took them a while but they did ship it and everything arrived in very good shape. |

Recently I have ordered a few items from them and they deliver on time and pretty fast. Plus they ship to APO addresses as well which is always good.

never bought from them. i noticed they still list an optics mount that was discontinued by the mfr. nearly 2 years ago.

I've ordered from them several times and been pretty happy with them.
One of my orders got lost (somewhere) and they took care of it right away when I called them. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again but they are one of those places where if you want it in a hurry you'd better call and make sure it is in stock.
