While the video turns my stomach, I do not agree with the linking the video with the Trayvon Martin case, unless the man in the video is an actual relative of Martin's, which still has no connection with the case.

Making the connection of this video with the Martin case to me on its face based on race. Martin is black, so it is assumed that the black man scamming the taxpayer is a reflection on Martin? Why. Because he is black?

Come on fellas, is this where we are? This may be the knee-jerk reaction of some in the black community, but I bet not all. I will not take part in lumping any one type of American to suit the satisfaction of the race baiters.

I also will not condemn Martin and devalue who he was or may have been without more facts of his case.

This type of shit posted on this forum bums me out. We should hold ourselves in a higher regard without having to sink to the level of the Sharptons of the world. I for one will not be a pawn in racial politics. papa
