DETROIT — A federal judge dismissed the most serious charges Tuesday against seven members of a Michigan militia who were rounded up as homegrown extremists accused of plotting war against the U.S., saying their expressed hatred of law enforcement didn’t amount to conspiracy against the government.

The decision is an embarrassment for the government, which secretly planted an informant and an FBI agent inside the Hutaree militia four years ago and claimed members were armed for war in rural southern Michigan.

All the meanwhile, the zeta cartel and others' mules continue to cross the Mexico-USA border and bring in drugs, diseases, and routes for more illegals to enter. They still have those machine guns Eric Holder gave them also...

They are after the wrong groups. In the end, it will be up to the militias to keep any order.

The gov is really fishing for terrorists since there have been no serious attacks here in 11 years so they take to the "home grown" now to "prove" they are here to make their case.The convictions would have given them validation to their witch hunts.I am sure there will be more but with "better evidence" next time.

They had some help, I can tell you that.

I just got wind of their fund last week but hadn't had time to send anything out as yet. Doubt I will at this point.

in the dismissal the judge's comments regarding the conspiracy charges were scaything. basically told the ausa that, even in a favorable light, there was NO CASE. firearms charges still remain against the primary defendant.
