I have wondered about this situation. Maybe he really just snapped and lost it. But part of me wonders if he was not drugged or slipped something to push him over to discredit the situation. Kony has lots of friends and allies and lots of reach for a war lord in Africa. Or maybe the Ungandan Goverment was afraid that this campaign might actually work to get rid of there Cash Cow. Imagine without Kony they would not be able to parade the children to dignitaries and get aide and resources. They need are money to fight the boogey man. Or the dude could have just fucking been nuts and taken something himself.

I watched the "masturbating" video and I didn't really see anything but him slapping the sidewalk.

The hospital report says; "No drugs OR alcohol were "DETECTED" in his blood or urine. That's one of the MAIN reasons they released him. NO HARD EVIDENCE!

Maybe the hospital was IN ON IT!!!
