will any detent pin and spring work on a romy 74 fsb? or is it a different item than a standard 47? If it is not the same what other choices do i have?... will bulg 74 detent n spring work or....?

Yes most are same. I've used a piece of 1/8" drill bit and an old firing pin spring from the parts drawer.

Yep., a piece of rod/nail/dril bit shank of sufficient length and diameter works fine. The spring and the rod can be trimmed as needed. Unlike the AKM the plumger has no cutout retaining portion. The rear rivet holds it in place and it rests on thge 24mm threads of the FSB. The rear rivet can be fabricated from an ordinary rivet of the proper size but look in the K-Var bargain section and I think they have them there. If ordering call K-Var to avoid the fixed shipping of $10. Normally they will adjust on phone orders or if you need other stuff.

thanks for input... i have installed a normal 47 pin and spring and it will work... but there is less spring tension..Again thanks for your response...
