Default how to increase the ID of a FH?

just need to open it up .030, but only have hand tools, once open will blind pin it.

Run a drill through it. keep it square and it should follow the hole pretty easily. I wouldnt make the same recommendation if it is a prong type FH though.

Sandpaper wrapped around a wood dowel, spin it with a drill.

A drill bit that's .030 over the hole size.
