Default Adding a tube and brace to a Chiappa AK-9?

What options are available? This is a "how to" question, not an "is it legal" question.

there is a sling stud that has to be removed, any AK pistol brace that attaches between the grip & receiver should work.

How do you remove the sling stud?

More interested in an AR tube setup versus the under grip AK styles.

Go with an Ace AR adapter. Still and tap the rear trunnion. Not sure if the rear trunnion is 90 degree, may need a shim.

What's it look like under that sling stud and cover plate? Come awn folks, somebody has done this right? AR tube adapter to the trunnion.

Gun looks a lot like my SLR-106U pistol.
I just clipped off the metal ring with a bolt cutter.
Left the swivel in place.
SB47 brace installed without a hitch and fits perfect.
I'm not mechanically inclined.
But a screwdriver and 60 seconds was all it took

Thanks you guys. I think I'll be ordering one of these: https://www.opticsplanet.com/doubles...rface-bla.html

Then add a Shockwave tube and blade.

We have a Chiappa AK-9 coming, will be making an adapter for it that uses the threaded hole in the rear trunnion.
Probably two types, one that is tapped for stocks and hinges, and one that takes AR stocks and brace tubes
