I love mine and makes a great truck/home defense gun. Here's mine with a Glock 22 inside. The optional flashlight is actually pretty decent and mounts in a perfect spot.

Default G32

I dropped my G32 in a micro STAB last year, one of my favorite setups. Good ergonomics, easy to remove, and it groups tighter than some 9mm carbines in my collection. Folded it actually fits in my pistol range bag.

FYI CAA announced a longer brace (the rear part of the micro STAB that hinges) recently, I think theyíre $60 and their site has a short video on swapping it out. Looks like itís just driving out the hinge pin. I like mine as is but this is a nice option and $60 is cheap.

Now Iím hoping they roll out a STAB that fits my G40 one day.

Yeah I really want the STAB for my G-21. They have one coming I think. The carbine conversion w the stock is prob not worth it to me tho as it requires NFA reg.

I have had excellent luck w G-17 stab, but I would like to see hard use testing, especially of some of the polymer tabs etc, before I trusted my life to it.

I looked into the Mechtech for Glock's to see if they were making a brace model yet. Nope. Someone needs to do it. Lone Wolf is charging almost $1,200 for their unproven 16" barrel glock 21 carbine. Might as well buy a Kriss for that. Sorry for off topic OP

It is very nice, but I prefer to simply mount the shockwave brace via an endo adapter that simply snaps into the grip cavity. It weighs less and has less bulk.

A lot of people ripped on them at first as mall-ninja-ish, but once they were actually used that attitude is dropping off.

I got mine at a great price, and I think they're a great option for a full-sized pistol, especially if you want to run higher recoiling rounds.

Only things I don't like is the slide release doesn't seem to work real well, and why on earth did they put that stupid angled foregrip built into the front instead of giving us a rail? Yeah, I get that they couldn't put the mag holder on the STAB like they do the SBR versions as it would be an AOW, but a rail would have been nice and legal.

If I remember correctly this does not have a seperate barrell, it more or less stabilizes for better accuracy? You basically put the gun in it?

I have always thought this filled a specialized market great for a PDW role like my CZ Scorpion fills. If proven reliable I could see myself getting one to use with my G22.

The accuracy is as good as the glock or other pistol you put in it, but you do need to be acutely aware of the height over bore issue. Esp at close ranges say inside 15 yards. Once you get that sorted and use the right hold over automatically, for ME it is easier to get good hits say beyond 25 yards or so esp when shooting rapidly. Just follow the red dot.

To date I only have used 9mm, but absolutely will be experimenting .357 SIG and .40 S&W as all my .40 cal Glock's have the .357 Sig barrels etc.

In fact, given that a Glock 22 Gen 4 w Night Sights (see recoil gun works.com police trades) can be had for about $325, adding a Roni for about $225 (see YRSinc.com, coupon happy passover18) you can make yourself a kick ass little PDW the shoots .40, .357 SIG, and 9mm for range for around $750. You also would need to add buis and an optic.

One thing I do like about it as a truck gun is that you can take it out of the chassis in about five seconds and then drop the pistol into a holster for more discreet CCW. Say if you were stranded in east bumfuk Egypt and had to walk to a gas station or flag down assistance etc.

But at the end of the day I do want some torture testing and hard use. I may end up doing it myself who knows lol

Endo setup doesnít work on gen 4 or 5.
Iíve read a thread by someone who modded their gen 4 but it required significant cutting on both the pistol & brace.
Iíve looked at trying to add an Endo to my G40 MOS but not brave enough to mod it.

The Roni is also optic ready and has an angled grip for your left hand, two things the Endo doesnít do.

The guy who invented the Endo said he was looking at a gen 4 version years ago but with the gen 5 already out I doubt weíll see one.

Another problem with the Endo is people report the factory sights are all but useless, so unless you're planning on putting an RMR on your slide the RONI is the clear winner.

Thx for heads up on Endo and Gen 4s and Gen 5s. I have been searching for a similar relatively cheap way to field a braced PCC in .45 ACP. I was just starting to drift towards the Endo and a G-41 MOS as I have the Glock .45 ACP infrastructure in place. Perhaps I'll still get one of my Gen 3 slides cut for an RMR. Lone wolf will do it for around $100, but I'm still a little hesitant

Yup that one is on my list too even tho I have 9mm ARs, KelTec Sub2Ks, and the Ronis. I made the mistake of firing a fellow shooters carbine h had just bought a couple years back. Freaking sweet sweet gun. Actually I am holding out for the CZ Micro Scorpion; fingers crossed later this summer.

The Israeli railroad police use them with Glock 22s. Not all officers have the Micro Roni but some do. I also saw them a security guard at a Tel Aviv municipal building carry one with a Glock inside.
Firearms News has an article on it and James Tarr says that it gave him an advantage at 50 yards over just a pistol.

When I first saw these,

The "stupid laws" scared me away from buying it. I think it's time to "pull the trigger" on 1...

Thanks for input on this guys... Roni owes y'all a marketing thanks..

I had to google what an AOW was. I can't believe that "wallet holsters" are illegal without paying a $1000 tax stamp.... WTF?!??! As best I can tell, the pocket of your jacket becomes an illegal AOW when you shoot a revolver through it without first removing the gun from the pocket. WTFingH??!!?!?! Then what's the point of a revolver with an unexposed hammer?
