http://www.apd.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/FM.aspx is a pretty decent resource. When I was in I used to simply google the Regulation/FM/DA Pam that I was looking for and 9 times out of 10 PDF versions come up in the search results and from there you can print, punch and put in a binder. Also Amazon has many of the declassified manuals as well.

Gov manuals have no copyright so sharing PDFs is fine. There was a revision maybe 10 years ago in the formatting structure of FM/TM/FC etc. Lot of consolidation which was long overdue.

Indeed.

I've posted links to several that I host.

( If you come across any military manuals you want hosted, let me know )

I have over 100 of them - mostly TM on small arms but also FMs for common and MOS specific tasks

Problem is printing cost and bulk. Because when I actually need them, the power will be out.
