Just signed up for one of the Bud's 93s. Price is right and locked in.

Geeze...do I really need four 93s?

Looks like PTR is kicking into high ass fucking gear and an affordable 5.56 may be a reality for the roller delayed blowback realm of wonders!!

Yeah if PTR is going to do their own PTR93 rifle in house from scratch, it won't be mid $500s like these. That is why I decided to jump on this. These should be well built. For <$600 if someone decides they don't like it, I'm sure you could sell it for close to what you have in it. Especially when you see C93s go for $800-1100 online.

I decided to go ahead and reserve a second one; at that price, if they are at all worth a shit, it should be worth it. Mag prices are the only real suck, but I guess I can get a couple of the cheap Promags. Been trying to get my credit card debt paid down/off, so this is a setback there. Been looking at the fleet seeing what I can get rid of, as I need the cash....and the room. Thinking an AES10B and even that freshly home SAR8 might get put up soon, and likely FN49 #2 as well. I hate watching stuff leave, but I've got too much shit. And now more shit is looming.

And I just reserved one as well, too good a deal to pass up. I can compare the Buds/Century/PTR to my old Century C93.

How easy/hard is it to suppress the C93 well?

These are the last of the C-93 kits. I know that when PTR was getting down to the last of the C308 kits Atlantic saw an increase in customer complaints and stopped offering them. Century ceased production quite some time ago on the C93s. I wonder about the quality of these remaining surplus parts. Great price at any rate though. PTR was still building the C308 rifles that were generating complaints.
