Default Go full-auto with Bump Fire Systems

Hello everyone, I'm Army from Bump Fire Systems. I am new to the forum scene and guess it would be a good start by telling you all a bit about what we do as a company. We make rifle stocks that let shooters experience the feel of full-automatic fire at a fraction of the cost of getting a legit full-auto rifle, all the while remaining completely legal and ATF approved. We are here to have discussions, answer questions and get real user feedback directly from the AK community. Here is a short video of me shooting both an Ak 47 and AK 74 using the stock, https://youtu.be/DIro5Jvg9Yo . This was the first day I got to try the AK Bump Fire Systems stock and it really was so sweet. The Ak 47 in 7.62 has a bunch of power and made for a big hit circle but was tons of fun. The AK 74 in 5.45 was lighter on recoil and was booth smooth and fairly accurate while being fired in full-auto. We could use your intel and know how about the AK. I was in the US Army as infantry and have fired my share of automatic weapons. Most of us here at BFS have a ton of experience with the AR platform but not so much with the AK. If I threw a rock in any direction in this room, chances are that the person hit would know a great deal more about this amazing rifle than me. Feel free to ask any questions, make constructive ideas on making an improved product or just post pics or videos of your AK with a Bump Fire Systems stock on it.

Will this fit on Rommie / Yugo RPKs? Guys around here have commented on a stock setup like this for our RPK line.. Which makes sense.

Welcome to the files! Glad to have you!

Thank you for the warm welcome Lee Armory. Our current stock fits AK's with a stamped receiver and a single tang. This would include the Romanian imported WASR by Century Arms. We are close to releasing a stock made for the Zastava AK's that have the threaded block on the rear of the receiver that take the screw into the front of the stock. Little by little we are trying to make kits compatible with the majority of AK's. In-house, we have a Saiga 12 that we are building as an employee funded project. With a little bit of luck and enough consumer demand, we will put that into production too.

This is where I first got up close and personal with the AK 47. Deployed deep in Iraq. While I am also a fan of AR rifles, it did not go unnoticed that we kept a back up supply of AK's and ammo should the cow patty hit the fan. Now back home in the great USA, I find that having an AK mated with a Bump Fire Systems stocks lets me sleep easier. Not to mention how much fun it is at the range to draw every one's attention when I dump a full mag in a few seconds.

This is not the AK but our AR bump stock. I shared it simply because it is a bad ass video and Lisa is awesome. Here Lisa shows the installation and then goes rock and roll with a hundred round drum.

Some people say that having a bump stock and going full auto makes awful shot groupings. While that may be true for more inexperienced enthusiast, take a look at this great video and see what a little experience will allow achieve. The video was uploaded onto YouTube by SPD542.

I have shot a bunch of these stocks with these guys and just wanted to say they are great. Tons of fun and can easily switch back to fixed stock at turn of a dial. Awesome product and some awesome people behind it.

We are about to release stocks for AMD65, Saiga and SKS rifles. After we finish putting those out, we will begin to make more variants to fit more rifles. As they come closer to fruition, we will let everyone know.

hi, welcome to the files. heres a little tip for more sales.. "my 2 cents"
from what I've learned, and my own likes, ak owners are a tuff crowd. your stocks look good on ar's. they make ak's look like ar's to a point. that's not what most ak owners want. ak owners like ak's & wood stocks, not plastic simulated "wood" like slide-fire stocks. if you can offer a wood stocked bumpfire system that looks original as a ak should look, I predict a boost in SALES!!!
i'm a engineer/fabricator, interested in idea's or are you limited to plastic stocks?
I fab'ed a bumpstock "steel framed/wood overlay" 2 years ago and got a LOT of requests and continue to get requests for them mostly because it "looks original". now I need to reproduce it with alum. frame/wood to keep the weight down, want to help?

Can you make one of these for the Mosin Nagant?

Just kidding.

This looks awesome. Of course we've seen bump fire stocks before, but these look nicer. I was fully expecting to see $200+. $105 delivered? I will be buying one of these.. Sadly most of my stuff are folders, so I'll have to wait a bit.

What about a VEPR12? Would this work? I have not shot mine with the new muzzle brake but I read it takes a LOT of the recoil out. I saw these videos and wondered if the same would work on my 12 guage VEPR.
BTW, I could watch Lisa Jean do just about anything and be fascinated, LOL!

Default Works on my Milled receiver

After some adaptation, and a few extra parts from my friends at SlideFire Solutions, I was able to create a buffer that fits my milled receiver Century Polish 1960

Please forgive my lack of video skills - I'm a grunt not a god-damned youtube video master lol. So please go easy on me :-)
This is how I did it

In Action... too much fun

The Money Shot

But the video will show you exactly how I made it work on my milled receiver. I've helped others do this but cannot make any more unless I make a mold.

I am not set up to mass produce these. One person asked me to make one for him, but when I told him that I needed the materials to make the molds, he accused me a trying to charge him $.... I probably should start charging $ but I don't. If I can help you in any way, I'll do so freely, just ask.
But please understand that I have never molded mine so I cannot make another one without re-inventing the wheel as the saying goes.
If there is a group of people interested, we can all pitch in and buy the materials together. I'll mold it, and make it work on as many milled ak's as possible.

Let me know what you think....
Thanks

Lots of people buying stocks and grips for CZ scorpions being converted to SBRs.
Seems like another market.

Do you have an approximate ETA for the SKS stocks?

I bought one of your stocks for my AR some time ago, put it on one of my rifles and forgot about it. Well on July 4th, I had the chance to try it out and it was a blast. My very first time using it, I did a 30 round mag dump without a hiccup. It was so easy to use, most everyone there had to try it out.

This company, if it is still a company, is controlled by Slip Fire.
