When is someone gonna make us an x39 quad stack 60 rounder since US Palm didn’t ever come through on that promise back in 2012

I said that exact same thing. Make some type of quadstack in 7.62x39. What would a 40rd loom like? Or a 50? 60? 70? 80? 90? 100?

I have some of them, not going to lie, they feel cheap as hell. I'm not saying poor quality, but....

I'm not sure they'd survive the weight of 7.62x39. Maybe if they dropped it down to 50. The extra width might be a problem too.

Has anyone here tried the 30 round 7.62x39 mags?

I have one of these 60 rd pufgun mags and today I gave it a range test with a SAR2 ,I had one FTF and twice it looked like the spring wasn't pushing the rds high enough in the mag for the bolt to pick them up.

Two of mine are great so far and one won't let the last three rounds up high enough for the bolt to catch.

If they cost more I'd be pissed, but they are still kinda cool to have around. They make for great pics at least.

Wow, for only $10 more, you can get a black one with a metal rear lug.

I bought a pink one for meme purposes and a clear one. I used both of them during a 2 gun match with no feed issues at all, so they do seem to feed reliably (at least when new) and are very light, which is a nice bonus.

I like the clear one for range and match use, since you can easily see how many rounds you have left. sometimes the stage calls for a specific round count and clear mags make this easy.

I have read reports of the locking lug breaking off since it's only plastic with no reinforcement though it has not happened to me, however I have not ran them very hard. I suspect if you knock out the old mag with the new mag technique, this is where the locking lug is under the most stress.

the new 60 round 5.45 ones do have a metal locking lug, hopefully this will carry over to the 30 rounders as well in the future.

some complaints, idk if the plastic feed lips will fatigue if you leave them loaded for too long, this is why magpul includes the little plastic caps for their pmags. also, my pink mag is starting to lose its color and fade in some areas, not sure if that happens with time, sun exposure etc. kind of a bummer since part of the selling point for me was the variety of colors you can get them in.

right now I wouldn't say they're super worth it, for the same price you can find some Croatian steel ones and have steel mags instead of plastic.

if they can add the steel lug to all models and keep the price around $15-16 dollars, then it might be a magpul killer.
