Default Sourcing of Ukrainian buttstock made by RPC Fort??

How do you do everyone,

I'm trying to find a particular buttstock made in Ukraine by RPC Fort, the state-owned and run defense industry (they are currently manufacturing Tavors for the Ukrainian defense forces).

I am assuming they only sell to governments? Does anybody know where I might be able to source one??

Here is a picture and a link to their site:

http://http://www.fort.vn.ua/en/prod...buttstock.html

To those wondering why I want this one, its because this buttstock is designed to function with older AKS 74 rifles with the 4.5mm trunnion (which is what the Ukrainians have).
I have a 104FR, and the only 4.5mm M4 adapter is the JMAC Mod2, which in my opinion is oversized and ugly (sorry if I offend anyone).

it sounds like your desire may not match your wallet. You can get anything, but it won't be cheap, especially in this case.

My motivation is not cost-saving, if JMAC still made their MOD-1 adapter I would go that route... But all other sidefolding M4 adapters (except for the MOD-2) are made for the Russian 5.5mm trunnion, and I'm not switching out the trunnion on my rifle anytime soon.
Thanks for your response - Ray

You could make one up yourself with the blocker/sling swivel plate found in the back of the arsenal stamped pistols, just takes some reshaping, cutting and welding on a mount for the tube

Thanks for the idea, but I am very lazy and not adept at welding.
Thanks - Ray

I don't think it would fold all the way, but it'd fold pretty far with the buttstock fully extended...

Good luck. Ukraine is not really an economic power house. They can barley supply their own military as it is. Doubt they are doing civilian sales at all. Unless you can find someone in Ukraine to walk you one out of the factory you're probably SOL and will have to use US made options.

Thanks Supertacoperator, that's what I feared...
I appreciate your response.

Anyone have any ideas for an alternative to the MOD-1 JMac? Why did they stop making those adapters anyhow? In my opinion, the MOD-2 looks rather ugly...
Thanks everyone - Ray

Thanks Dan, I appreciate it... I don't like the cutout on the tube, but maybe I could get over that
Thanks - Ray

Was actually just copying the link for this. ^^

Have never used the product mentioned but remembered when it was introduced & how it was uniquely designed for railed receivers like your 104fr.

The owner & designer, Sven, is an asset to the Firearms community & has customer service second to none. Never met him & only briefly exchanged emails but watched his practices thru multiple forums over the years. He was just a firearm enthusiast like all of us that had a great simple idea & brought it to market - if I remember correctly his first product was the brass buster.

Aside from the discontinued MOD-1 and the MOD-2 (which I don't like), Is there any 4.5mm adapter that allows me to use a buffer tube?

Here’s another one, that would let you use a pig nose to put whatever buffer you like.

After this you can just google it yourself.
