He's a great guy to deal with! I just picked up a nice stock set from him and I'm sure I'll be doing other business with him soon. Absolutely beautiful rifle you have there!

I like how your rivets came out.. what did you use to press them? it actually looks very uneven and original how the real Tula ak's look

Sure, here are some photo's of the bastard AK pistol that I built from various parts that I have laying around.

I was going to do another build tutorial but decided not to. I figured that it'll look similar to my other AK tutorial builds. I ordered a pair of Russian PLUM HG's from Rusgunmasters today. I also ordered a Shockwave Blade from Brownells in FDE. I'll eventually dye it PLUM to match the Russian PLUM furniture and the PLUM PG.

The only customized job that I did to this particular build is shorting the gas tube, re-locating the gas port and installing a CNCW M85 gas piston. Everything else is just basic riveting.

I have some left over Aluma-Hyde II paint in matte black that I will be using to finish the project. I'll post photo's once it's all nice and pretty.

Where did you get that adapter for the stock? I was looking at buying one of Atlanticís krink kits with the side folders but I was hesitant because of the cost/sbríing crap right off the get go. But Iíd be excited if I could put a brace on it before ultimately switching to my dream supressed krink with a triangle side folder setup.

I used to be a 7.62 fan boy. Hard core. Got a 104UR a couple of weeks ago, and MAN... it's worth adding another caliber.
