I really wish our piece of shit governor would find a new hobby. Guess they figured since they failed at banning 'scary' weapons & mags they'll just try to register them. As always, make your voices heard. This shit is getting my blood boiling. Fuck Ferguson.

Don't worry. In 60 days, when your legislature hasn't passed a carbon tax, you are all going to burn up anyway with the global warming.
What the hell is an "assault weapon" anyway? According to the text of this bill, my Marlin model 60 is an assault weapon. Quote:

This crap started a few years ago with 594 (that most sheriffs rightly said was unenforceable) and now they're moving to a bullshit Clinton style "assault" weapons registration. Love my state but if they keep this shit up it's going to be time to move on.

This is why imo initiatives should be illegal. We don't need a bunch of ignorant people setting law, the politicians are bad enough. I have repeatedly thought of moving to Idaho but my folks are getting up in years & need frequent help with various things. Not to mention, I don't like running. The assault on the 2nd knows no borders, other states will become the next target...even Idaho. The antis have changed their method from federal to state by state attacks. Granted, WA is definitely an easier target than some.

M'frs!
This is first I'm hearing of this latest attempt by our so-called 'representatives' to infringe on our rights. The sneaky bastards! You would think that our 'representatives' over on the wet side would spend some of the 20hrs. a week that we overpay them a bit more productively. They really need to get out of their offices once in a while. What with the homelessness, crime, centuries old crumbling infrastructure, filth on the streets, massive opioid problem, etc, etc a quick drive around the City might adjust their priorities. But then, it's politicians we're talking about here, so yeah....never mind! I know one thing, if this somehow does become law, 95% of the people I know will not comply.

Seattle is the next Detroit. Keep doubling down on your failed socialist BS policies libturds. Problem is they'll move to other parts of the state once it does become Detroit.

Call your reps and senators.
I have two repub reps and one demon senator. Senators office, being a swing district, made it sound like they were afraid of touching this one. One of the reps didn't think it would pass and said a few rural demons were afraid of it. The other repub thought it would be close. A friend who lobbies in Olympia didn't think it would pass. All said to make sure your voice is heard. I've called every gun owner I know and think some have followed up in their districts. If we all do this, we can stop this one. An initiative might be more difficult though. |

Monday between 1000 and 1200 the Senate Law and Justice Committee meets in Olympia. They will be considering five bill's: 5050, 5444, 5463, 5992 and 6049. There is no one left to stop them from a practical point of view. Nobody around me seem's to understand what is happening in our state. I believe semi-auto and their factory size magazines will be banned effective 2019-ish. I also believe we will see the same ammunition home delivery ban of California now that the Washington Supreme Court has held that the .05 per round tax of Seattle is OK with them. So state wide we will have to pay massive taxes on ammo and will not be able to have it delivered.
Right now ammunition prices are low. AR stuff is almost free and mags for them well under $10 each. EAT BEANS FOR ALL OF 2018! BUY-BUY-BUY! |

+1 unconstitutional laws dont prevent anything, they just make it a little more tedious to get what you need. Never comply with ANYTHING which is unconstitutional!
