looking for specifics of this drum, particularly county of origin and rough year timeframe. And more specifically a VALUE. Whats it worth in todays market? Should I sell it? Trade it off? Keep it and wait for it to get more expensive?

back in day ( 1991 ) you could buy these for 29 bucks new....sold a slighty used one 2 years back for a 100 bucks and the guy was happy to get it.
year would probably be around 89-92
