Default Tapco springs

Whats the consensus on Tapco spring kit in 5.45 euro mags? Is a euro mag with Tapco guts now a range mag, or should it be as reliable as a full surplus mag with original spring?

What do I need to look at to accurately answer? I just ordered a couple of mags and one of them has Tapco stuff in/on it (as was advertised) so I don't exactly know the age or history of the parts.

My advice is this as it always works. Buy come bulgy CDNN mags with the plastic bodies, the internals are mil-spec, same amount of coils on the springs same gauge and finish.

13 bucks will bring your magazine back into service for a long time.

Tapco springs are noticeably shorter and overall a smaller footprint.

SAIGA 5.45, what do you do with the leftover CDNN mag bodies?

You'll be searching a long time for those in the MP here

Wind chimes perhaps? Keep the wabbits out of the garden?

That's pretty much it.
Your WTB ad might turn up something though. Good luck.
