Default Romanian BFPU

Hey there!

Is there any way you (or any of the members) could let me know where the rest of the rifle was manufactured? I know the receivers are Morrissey but thatís about it. I know thatís kind of a vauge question and obviously it came from Romania but Iím curious about the factory. Cugir? Thanks in advance!

I believe we list this as being made by Atlantic Arms MFG this is listed in the first sentence of the item listing . I know we have several listings so maybe it is not in the one you are looking at ? Please let me know if you have other questions we will be glad to help.

I know that y’all put them together haha. See, I was too vauge! I mean like where were the parts y’all put together manufactured in Romania? (I.e. bolt, bolt carrier, etc) sorry about the confusion!

USA receiver and barrel distressed to match the patina of the kit , i believe the rest is Romanian parts kit .

I'm not sure if springs are new or from the kit.

Atlantic will be by to give you a definite answer soon, They're busy guys.

I understand, and I’m already set on buying the rifle, I’m just curious where the parts were made. Not country of origin, but the factory. It’s more just for me to know where they were sourced from. Like I know wasrs are made in the Cugir factory so I’m curious if these parts came from the same factory. I’m sure they’ll get back to me, they are always good about it

Cugir based on the information I've read and of course Atlantic's response. Hell of a rifle though, loving my AIMS-74 BFPU.

Thank you for your response! I’m am still learning so I just want to sponge as much info as possible. Selling one of my ARs to a shipmate on the 15th and then I’ll be buying this rifle in the fixed stock configuration. Just want to know as much as possible about it before I do! Thanks again for your replies!

Just wondering, I am looking at a small screen, and wanted to know if this bfpu has a functional bayonet lug, or if it has been ground down. Thank you.

Just got my shipping info. It’s gonna be in my hands by Wednesday. I have a quick question for Atlantic: when I get this rifle. Has it been sighted in to a pre determined range or do I need to do it myself?

The rifles are laser bore sighted but not technically sighted in at a long distance however most clients find them to be pretty dam on the money.
