Default Post Your Com Block Sniper Rifle Picture Thread

There's pictures of SVD's, NDM's, M76's, and PSL's here scattered all over the place. I love these rifles and would like to see 'em all in one place. Post your .308 "Saiganov", SVT, and Mosin Nagant pics, too, if you have them. No internet search pics, please

Hi guy's. Anyone have any tips on how I can attach a picture? I've been unsuccessful so far. Everyone's pics look great so far. I'm proud of what my PSL will do but not so proud of my picture taking abilities.

In the advanced reply page, above the text entry box, there is an icon for attaching an image from a web hosting like Google Picassa. At the bottom of the page under the text box there is a link/button for "Manage Attachments" to upload from your PC

Crapy picture. I didnt like the TIP2 scope that came with the PSL. I bought a side mount that fit pretty snug but I have not fire it yet to determine it worth.

A PSL barrel is 24.4 inches long. It may just be the angle of the photo

When I looked at the pics i noticed what alpinemike was talking about. I measured my barrel and it is 24 inches, I guess it is just an optical illusion.

Okay, they're not all sniper rifles - but I wouldn't want to get on the wrong end of any of 'em no matter how far away there were!

Where does one get armor peircing incindeary ammo in 7.62 X 54R?

That's a helluva question to ask in your first post.

most steel cored milsurp ammo will penetrate armor.
ive shot clean though a 1/2" steel sheet, at 100 yds, with these. what do you need incendeary ammo for?

I just wondered where that was available for purchase. The poster I quoted mentioned he had it and I wondered where that was available for purchase. It simply sparked my interest. (No pun intended)

I don't, except possibly to get some before you can't get it anymore. I just didn't know incendeary ammo was available.
The Czech ammo in the same post mentioned above looks like the 147 grain light ball ammo Aim Surplus is selling.

http://www.aimsurplus.com/acatalog/C...ight_Ball.html

However as I mentioned I haven't run across any incendeary ammo for the PSL.
I wonder if he meant tracers?
