The Cerberus name came up because there's three of us that started the biz.

The Greek myth character Cerberus, was charged with guarding the gates of hades. Cerberus allowed those sentenced to hades to enter, but does not allow anyone out...thus the tag line "Evil Contained" Will have shirts available at the gathering.

I might be able to make this. It looks like it's about 3.5- 4 hours from my place. Its nice to hear that the local sheriff is gun friendly, which is a definite plus.

Porter, do you have a tentative plan for events/activities? I'm debating on staying in Yakima and coming down each day. Was also wondering about camping there.

Friday is training class for those that want to take it $125.00, sign up thru Cerberus Website.
Saturday still pondering it a little, open shoot, maybe a little friendly timed competition, BBQ, raffle giveaways etc.
Sunday Is an open range or 2nd training class for those that couldn't make Fridays or if Friday is full. You can camp on site if you want, or there is hotels/motels in goldendale. If you take a class camping is free on site, tho primitive as in no hook ups. If you have any specific questions fire away.

Thanks guys, I am also working on some donations from other businesses for the raffle. I have something worth donating, KrazyUkrainian(www.sovietstocks.com) will be donating a wood furniture set, we have an ammo donation, and some other things as well. Thanks for those that have donated off the board, awesome of you.

Crap like this has me worried guys...really wish ya'll would have considered Idaho for the venue. (Nothing against you Cerberus, your facility looks awesome, just wish it was here instead of there).

Seattle seems to be a whole different country...the Eastern part of the state, especially around here still tends to be neighbor helpful.

What about is the longest range a guy could shoot in the area? This is a great opportunity to pimp my Berezka 700 while sighting it in.

Farthest distance I'll have available is 50 yards. We are in the process of obtaining another 80 acres adjacent to us, which will give me a 1/2 mile+ rifle range...but that won't be up for awhile.

Range has been finished...well phase 1 anyway.

The initial pit is 25 yards wide, 20 yards deep with a range of 100 yards overall. The berms are about 9 feet tall, so that should keep everything in.

Please no tracer rounds...trying to keep my insurance company happy!

Hope to see many there and to keep this going for many years to come.

Here is a pic of the work Steve has put in rangewise. Looks like it will do the trick.

Also for those coming, I will have ammo available for sale there or pre-order, made by Washougal River Cartridge Co. Unfortunately they do not make AK ammo.

45 ACP 230gr - 50rd box 15.00 / 250rd box 65.00

Getting closer guys, for those wanting to take Steve's class get signed up as there are still spots available. Also on the ammo Steve will be selling, get your preorder into him if you want some. I have shot many of the rounds he sells both in his carbine class as well as in my weekend shooting. To date I have went thru 2k of .223 , and 2k of 9MM that I purchased from him last summer. I will be leaving the weekend with a bunch myself, looking forward to the end of the months time with my like minded brothers.

The range got a layer of rock this week...all is good to go, hope the weather cooperates!

A note about ammo, if folks can let me know what they might want I'll make sure I have plenty on hand for everyone.

I have several boxes of this very ammo and have used it in .223 and 9mm, this stuff is GTG and that's a great price!

I don’t suppose this will happen again later this year? I can’t possibly make it this month.
