Default 5.45 spamcan with english markings

Has anyone seen this before? At 1st i thought this was Polish, but markings are of Bulgarian with every cyrillic letter replaced by latin.
I am on the 60th minute of searching through internet without any luck

It's Bulgaria's version of 5.45 ammo.

The PS on the can indicates a steel core bullet.

Yes i can see that it has bulgarian markings, and i know how to decode markings, why is it all in english though?
Cyrillic D on the left was left as is, every other letter is replaced with english equivalent. Russian abbreviation for 'pieces' is translated to english abbreviation of pcs... a bit strange

Maybe the Bulgarians knew eventually 'all your base are belong to US'.

sooooo..... can anyone who had one like this confirm that:
1. there is 7n6 inside of it.
2. it is bulgarian.
3. is 91 or newer.

I find it hard to believe that in 91, someone from that region, decided to make a batch of english marked spam cans just for shits and giggles...

It's a bit different from Soviet 7n6.

The bullet design is a bit different.

The powder smells different and is dirtier, even though the powder has a similar name.

No not identical to Soviet 7n6, but That is not bad news... The Bulgarian core tests MUCH harder than 7n6, it penetrates better, and has a bit higher muzzle velocity.
