Default 1958 Russian RPD Hammer follow

So two things:

First, anyone know what the going rate of a 1958 Russian RPD, with original barrel?

Second, I got it recently in a trade, built by Project guns I think, I noticed if I pull the charging handle/bolt back really hard and let it go, the hammer doesn't catch and follows the bolt home. I can try and get some pics up later, but I figured I might as well throw this out there...

Thanks in advance!
-Looking for an RPK AES-10B, or VEPR 1V, or the barrel assy.

Got things to trade, high end 3 gun scopes, Daniel Defense ARs...

I think you meant to say the striker follows the bolt but either way. I hope someone has some advice. I've heard the semi auto rpds can be very temperamental
