Default Creating a Trust

Well you SOBs convinced me to make a Trust so I can do a couple SBRs. Iím going to use a website to create a Trust. It seems like the easiest and cheapest. I found thetrustshop.net , they are only $50, they do asginment sheets instead of schedules and they offer free support like forms and other stuff. Has anyone ever used them? Are they on the level? Iím not a lawyer by any means and Iím still new to anything Trust related, so some input would be appreciated.

Being in Texas you should use this guy, http://www.texasnfatrust.com/. He is a gun rights attorney, manufactures suppressors and has prepared two seperate trusts for me. I have a lot of NFA that will be going to my kids and theirs. One pre 41f and one post. All my guns, NFA or not are in them as well as ammo, mags, parts etc.
Additionally, per other attorneys I have other trusts for real estate, property and money.
Believe me, for the time hassle and extra cash it is worth it to have a legal document prepared by someone legally proficient and that is his occupation.
It would really suck if an online trust is declared deficient especially after something had been approved and someone gets slapped with fines, confiscation and or incarceration.
Yeah a lot of people say, been doing it for years, no problem but ATF is not the entity that will deem a trust unacceptable. Personal decision in the end but it is way cheaper now than later.

I used NFA Lawyers Dean Phillips. They created the trust and its pretty idiot proof to use if you can read and follow a couple directions. Basically when you submit your forms you sign one page that makes you the soul trustee and after the paperwork is submitted just toss that sheet. Also there is no inventory that has to be kept tracked of within the trust itself so every time you submit your trust you aren't sending in a list of every NFA item you have.
