Default Is AK and SVD mounts interchageable?

I've got a PSL coming in on Friday and I've got a 6x42 POSP laying around. Only problem is that it has an AK style rail mount. From looking at picture, the screw positions look close, if not identical. Can I just swap the SVD mount onto the POSP?

Yes.,
Sometimes the stabilizing pins can be harder to insert/swap.
Use a good screw driver to avoild buggaring the slotted screw heads.
They are often set with thread locking liquid.
Purchase a hammer blow small impact driverfrom Harbor Freight if you find the screws will not remove by hand pressure.
Only about $10 or so.
