He deserved it. Did you see how violently he stood there with his hands on the squad car in submission? The cop was just following proper police procedure. He approached him from behind and administered the shock like the couragous peace officer he is....

Exactly. The dash cam was on long before this little 10 second clip was recorded. Perhaps the man was told to put his hands behind his back several times, ignored the commands, and the officer did not want to get in a physical altercation. The fact the man had his hands on the police car is irrelevant IMO. There is more to this story.

If the guy thinks he has a case release the whole video,not just the part where he thinks his rights were violated.More than likely the guy was being an ass and not following the commands of the cop,if thats the case...hope he enjoyed his ride on the hand held lightning

Best way to win a bar fight quickly is with fast, unexpected and effective violence.
That is all this cop is using. What lead up to it can't be shown, I imagine because it would prejudice the jury into thinking the cops reaction was, under the circumstances, reasonable. You can't raise the race tensions in the country by showing "reasonable response" to the down trodden masses...

I completely agree. you can see the whole story from that first start frame. notice how his torso is poised.
that man's hands are just waiting to spin around and attack, the cop saw it, i see it, and the jury will never understand any of it. because most americans have no concept of reality. and that is why it is on youtube viral spin.
