it's a 7.62x39, not x51.......bought one a couple months ago, and it was a brand new rifle that was demilled....you can't get any better then that.

if you missed out on the real "krinks" that K-VAR had at 300 bucks, and don't want to spend 700 bucks for the same one that k-var now has, this would be the one to get.......while they are still available.

if you plan on making it into a pistol, or putting some fake can on, then you would be better off buying a cheaper romanian AMK kit.......I sent my form 1 in and am just waiting on the approved to come back so I can have it built like it's suppose to be, as a SBR. it will make a nice companion to my AKS-74U

762x51 is Orins web name. The kits are excellent! An exceptional value since K-Var is selling their Bulgy version for $699. Kits I have seen seem to be demilled unfired rifles.

Man I can remembe when the bulgys were like $280 brand new parts.

I am not sure I would want a krink in 7.62X51.

OOOH... me too, me too

Here's a little concept drawing I made one day... .308 AK pistol is 100% possible... Its all about finding the right donor rifle for a "kit" and the right 80% receiver...
