I've been frustrated repeatedly with both Arsenal's and K-VAR's lack of response to their e-mails.

You might try calling K-VAR. I know that Arsenal monitors their forum on this website, so maybe K-VAR does too.

What is the inside diameter of the barrel passthru, and what thread pitch (threading) is on the front of AK-142B?

i've always had a uick response from kvar using thier forum.
sorry i didn't read this yesterday, i had that part off my barrel, now it's on and pinned

forgot to say, it fits aa amd barrel just fine, the thread pitch is 24x1.5

The ID on my 142b is 15 mm - .509".

The thread pitch (threading) on AK-142B is 24x1.5
and the inside diameter of the barrel passthru is .594
