Does anybody have this kind of black plastic grip from Kengs?

If so, how did you secure it?
The hole in the bottom of the grip is larger than the screw head and the spacer for the wood grips are bigger than the hole. The inside of the grip has support ribs running up and down which prevents using the spacer inside the grip?
